Art Statement
Artist Statement:
Why I choose mouth instead of mind or brain?
When our mind always thinking negative ways, automatically our mouth would influence and directly we will say or speak out rubbish words, harsh words and curse.
Negativity of our mind pervades your self-talk and your judgments.
The bubbles show that what is people thought and what is inside their mind.
People sometimes barely talk without even thinking first.
Sometimes they have to say out negatively when their mind is blown up.
Art Treatment:
White glue, newspaper, tissues, masking tape, scissor, mounting board, A4 papers, paper cutter, acrylic paints, stationary and varnish.

Ideation
Based on my 'Mind Pollution' mind map idea,
I choose to focus on 'curse' and 'negative' points..
because for me, whatever we said/speak out negatively, it would effect our mind thinking..
Some draft of ideation sketches;

Mind Pollution
Based on the ideation of mind map,
I picked Mind Pollution as my main subject..
Mind Pollution also as Mental Environment..
The mental environment refers to the sum of all societal influences upon mental health.
The term is often used in a context critical of the mental environment in industrialized societies
This poor mental environment may help explain why rates of mental illness are reportedly higher in industrial societies than in the developing world.
In this mental environment there are inaccuracies, or “mind pollution,” created mainly by social pressures.
Some images research;

People get easily influence by tv advertising. |

Mind Map
This is my ideation of mind map
I choose POLLUTION as the key word..
Pollution is a damage..
There are many different forms of pollution so there are many ways of preventing pollution, and they are not the same for everyone because we are not all doing the same things. Labels: Assignment 1
